By placing an order with us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

We operate from the UK and we sell home textile products including aprons, napkins, tablecloths, cushion covers, gloves, bedding, and customised textile items.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will appear on this page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent/guardian.

3. Products & Descriptions

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, colours and sizing.
However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Screen colour differences
  • Handmade or custom-made product variations
  • Fabric dye batch variations


We are not responsible for minor variations.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in GBP (£).
We accept payment through:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Shopify Payments
  • Klarna (if enabled)

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order is accepted only once payment is confirmed.
We may cancel an order if:

  • The item is out of stock
  • Payment is not successful
  • There is a pricing or listing error
  • Fraud risk is detected

Customers will be notified and refunded if cancellation occurs.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Delivery time: (Royal Mail / Evri / DPD) depending on delivery method chosen.

Delays caused by courier or customs are not our responsibility.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Customer is responsible for return postage unless item is faulty.

8. Faulty / Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will offer:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund

depending on the situation.

9. Custom Orders

Custom orders require full payment before production.
We cannot cancel or refund custom orders once production has started.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use our site for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to hack or damage the website
  • Copy our designs, photos, text or branding
  • Submit false or misleading information

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Any loss caused by incorrect address entered by customer
  • Allergies or reactions to fabrics (customers must check product details)


Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
